And The Pictures Begin -- MTC Part 1

The internet is up and running, so now I will start putting up pictures. Hopefully not too boring and I hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed the experience.

On our way to the MTC. Do we look like missionaries?

The famous Missionary picture, we even have our tags.

 Front of the MTC
Where we stayed while at the MTC, the Jacob Hamlin building on the third floor. Very nice room and we loved being on the MTC campus. Loved being able to soak up the spirit there.

Our first day. The tulips were great.

View from our window, loved looking out and seeing the missionaries scurrying from class to wherever. I could just imagine my Grandkids doing that in a few years. (It will be here before I know it or am ready.)
Bad picture from our window, but you can see the missionaries coming and going.

From our window again. For you Van and the rest of you Y fans.

Our District: Elder and Sister Elwood from Boise, ID going to Hawaii, Kona Temple Mission. This is their 2nd mission. I know that will be hard, but someone has to do it and they are willing to sacrifice.

Elder and Sister Leavit from Homedale, ID going to the Kentucky, Louisville Mission.
they are member - leader support missionaries and this is their fist mission. They are going to a small Branch in Illinois to help them.

Elder and Sister Muchmoor from Vancouver, WA going to the Missouri, Independence Mission.
They will be working in Family History scanning family histories in the library there. This is their 4th mission.

 Brother Hawkes our morning teacher.

 Sister Reece our afternoon teacher.

Our District with Sister Reece by the famous world map.

  2. I wish I had looked at these sooner. I really like this post. You look fabulous. I even saved the picture of the two of you with the tulips to my computer. I just wish Mom had an iPad and Internet so she could look at these. Or, I wish I had an iPad so I could show them to her on Sundays.
